Yes, we do support serialized inventory (serial numbers).

This is a feature you need to activate before you can use it. That is possible by going to Admin > Account > Account Setup and checking the 'Enable Serial Numbers' box.

The Serial Numbers module allows you to require a Serial number for some Products. You need to define the Serial Number length for each product:

When you receive units of a serialized product, you need to add their serial numbers. The number of serial numbers must match the quantity you are receiving:

It is then possible to trace each serial number in your company through the Serial Number module, under the Inventory tab. You simply need to click the History icon next to the Serial Number in the list. This will help you get a complete image of how a specific item moves in your inventory:
