Yes, individual users can choose their own language preference in their account from their profile:

This will overwrite the language selected for the account.

Administrators can also employ the Megaventory localization module (Profile Icon > Account and Billing (Admin) > Localize Megaventory) to customize any string in the application.

That way, you can manually change text strings to make sure that Megaventory talks in your company's terminology.
