If your Megaventory account is connected to Amazon Business then, to place a Purchase Order in your Amazon Business Account through Megaventory, click the New Purchase Order option on the Menu.
Once the screen loads, start typing and select the Amazon Business Account Supplier under the supplier field of the Purchase Order and click to add a row under the Product Details tab.
Then, click on the Amazon icon:
A new screen will appear with a list of Amazon products:
This list is searchable. To add a product to your Megaventory Purchase Order, click Add to cart.
Once all the Amazon products are added, click to Approve the Purchase Order and select the Inventory Location the Purchase Order will be received in. Make sure the selected Inventory Location has a correct and complete address.
If the order is rejected due to buying policies or other policies related to your Amazon Business Account, a message will display the rejection reason:
In case the Purchase Order is approved successfully, a success message appears:
The actual order information and final Amazon prices will be available under the Amazon Business Account tab:
If these do not match exactly with the ones in the Purchase Order, the user is advised to revert the Purchase Order to the Pending status, update the respective prices and approve the Purchase Order again (note: this does not create a duplicate order in your Amazon Business account).
When the Amazon order physically arrives, open up the related Purchase Order in Megaventory and click on Receive to receive the received goods.
