In certain cases, you need to add a record in the SPF records of your email server to allow all emails with addresses of your own domain (for example JohnDoe@yourCompany.com) to be sent through Megaventory's servers.

To do this you (or a technician) should add the following line in the SPF records of your email server:

include:spf.messagingengine.com

You may also need to add the following SMTP servers to your exception rules (for certain email setups):

out1.smtp.messagingengine.com
out2.smtp.messagingengine.com
out3.smtp.messagingengine.com
out4.smtp.messagingengine.com
out5.smtp.messagingengine.com
