The current planning module is provided as a pilot in beta mode and by means of an integration with a 3rd party service. The features supported
are those described in this Knowledge Base section only - additional
functionality may be able to be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Megaventory integrates with a 3rd-party inventory planning solution by passing to it historical and existing sales data and existing production orders and by receiving purchase and production orders suggestions.
Pricing
There are two components to the pricing - a subscription and a setup fee.
Subscription
The following pricing tiers are provided based on SKUs being included in the planning calculations. In other words, it's not the total SKU count of the account that is considered but only the raw materials and finished goods that are being planned. The tiers are like so:
A. SKUs 001-100 -> USD 200 per month
B. SKUs 101-200 -> USD 300 per month
C. SKUs 201-500 -> USD 450 per month
D. SKUs 501-2000 -> USD 650 per month
E. SKUs 2000+ -> Contact us for a custom quote.
A 10% yearly payment discount applies, if preferred.
Setup
As typically a certain amount of manual work needs to be dedicated before the planning module is operational, there is a setup fee involved. This setup fee covers:
Analysis of Requirements (2 hours)
Test Environment setup (1 hour)
Configuration of initial/test planning parameters (3 hours)
Training and user support before and after going live with a production Megaventory account (4 hours)
The setup fee for the above is USD 1000.
The times are indicative and can be extended at the client’s request (+USD100 per extra hour). Note that payments are non-refundable.
Note that only the features covered in this collection of articles are supported. If other functionalities like cash flow planning or multiple locations'support is needed, a different arrangement is necessary typically in the form of a custom development.
