The ABC Inventory Report categorizes inventory items based on their contribution to revenue -or profit-, helping businesses manage their stock more effectively. The report consists of columns displaying key metrics such as SKU, product name, inventory location, stock levels, and total revenue or profit. Each row represents an individual inventory item, classified into A, B, or C grades. The values shown include numerical data like contribution percentage, total revenue, total profit and stock levels, as well as text data such as product names and categories.

ABC Classification Categories:

  • A Items – Items with high contribution to revenue or profit. These items require close monitoring as they contribute the most to the success of your business.

  • B Items – Items with moderate contribution to revenue or profit.

  • C Items – Items with low contribution to revenue or profit.
