1. Viewing Product Information
Start by searching for a product by name or SKU. The Product tab displays:
Product ID: Internal identifier for database tracking.
Description: The product’s name.
SKU: The Stock Keeping Unit is used to manage stock references.
2. Checking Quantity Overview
Switch to the Quantity tab to explore stock details. Here, you'll see:
Total Inventory: The actual quantity available across all selected locations.
Projected Quantity: The forecasted stock level considering pending transactions.
Breakdown:
Non-Shipped Quantity in Sales Orders
Non-Allocated Quantity in Production Orders
Non-Received Quantity in Purchase Orders
Non-Received Quantity in Production Orders
3. Reviewing Inventory by Location
This screen displays inventory split across different locations, such as:
Main Warehouse
Secondary Store Location
Each section can be expanded for deeper insight into specific location-level availability.
4. Filtering by Inventory Locations
Tap the Locations button to customize which inventory locations are shown in the stock overview. You can:
Select multiple warehouses or store locations.
Focus on specific inventory pools (e.g., Dropshipping, Used Items, etc.).
5. Checking Client-Specific Pricing
Finally, the Price tab enables you to select a client and view:
