Yes, this is possible in one of two different ways:
You issue the Shipment on Consignment or Sales Invoice document but print the picking slip/packing slip rather than the invoice itself. These slips do not include pricing information.
You ship the products out with a Shipment on Consignment (without Invoice) and then issue a Sales Invoice separately to show the price.
