To customize the Payment Terms click on the Menu > Settings > Localize. Then, choose Update Specific Phrases.
Look for the payment terms text you want to update and simply change them by typing a new text for the new payment term in the text field. It is not possible to add more payment terms but you can customize one of the existing ones:
You can then create custom views to display only invoices/bills with specific payment terms.
