A Contact can be defined under a supplier or a client and refers to a physical person. For example, in case a supplier is a large company/organization, the contact person field helps in knowing to whom (name, department etc.) the purchase order was given to.
A Contact may also refer to a sales representative and can be assigned to one or multiple clients.
