To input product serial numbers in a shipping/receiving document, enter the SKU, and a secondary box will appear. Here, you can enter the serial numbers for the expected products, following the quantity input.

Additionally, batch numbers can be included in Sales and Purchase Orders before shipping and receiving, improving employee instructions and efficiency. If the number of serial numbers entered is less than the previously specified quantity and you attempt to approve the document, the system will prompt you to add all serial numbers.

Alternatively, enter each serial number first, and the quantity will adjust automatically.
