If your mother language is not English, then you may check the available language packs or even localize/translate your megaventory account by yourself.
This can be achieved by using the Localize module (under Menu > Settings).
The process is really easy; one can see the changes immediately by just refreshing the page! If the mother language of the user is not English, the user may still change some text strings according to the business terminology used (i.e. the text string "supplier" may be changed to "vendor", "Inventory Locations" to "Warehouses" etc.).
