Megaventory is integrated with Zapier, an online platform that allows you to interconnect Megaventory with thousands of different web apps, such as Gmail, Dropbox, or various e-commerce platforms, in all possible ways. For example, you can send email notifications when a Megaventory Sales Order is inserted, send Suppliers and Clients to your CRM, or get a daily email notification about low-stock items.
Generate Zaps Within Zapier
To take advantage of Megaventory's integration with Zapier.com and create useful "zaps" (such as email notifications when new orders are created or notifications for low-stock items in your inventory), follow these simple steps:
If you haven’t already created a Zapier account, sign up at http://zapier.com - the service is free up to a certain usage limit.
On your Megaventory account open Main Menu, click Settings, then Integrations, check the "Enable Zapier Integration" checkbox and finally click Save.

Create a zap using a Megaventory trigger - just fill in the fields required by Zapier
The first time you try to make a zap using a Megaventory trigger, Zapier will prompt you to enter your account's API key to connect with Megaventory.
You can find your API key by clicking on your profile icon on the top right corner of Megaventory and then clicking "My Profile".
If the API key field is empty, you can generate one by clicking on the key icon next to it, and then clicking Update.
Generate Zaps Within Megaventory
Using a Zapier frame embedded inside Megaventory, you can also create zaps without leaving our app.
To do so, follow these steps:
Open the Megaventory menu.
Navigate to the "Integrations" section.
Click on the "Zapier Integration" option.
Ensure that the "Enable Zapier Integration" toggle is turned on.
Once enabled, you will see your existing Megaventory zaps.
Locate the "Create Zap" button on the right side. This allows you to create new zaps without leaving the Megaventory app.
