Megaventory considers these an additional visibility layer which is to be handled by Shopify only. In other words, Shopify Orders coming in from any of these will be created as the same kind of Megaventory Sales Order. 

If different management of these Shopify Orders is necessary (e.g. to prioritize Facebook over Instagram Orders), then this has to happen in Shopify e.g. by using a Shopify extension to automatically label Shopify Orders by specific logic.
