Do you need your Sales or Purchase order to be approved and checked by multiple Users before it enters the "Approved" stage?
There is an easy way to set up this workflow internally in your Megaventory account:
1. Go to the setting->Localize->Update specific phrases->Next
This screen will appear, where you can put the names of Users by your choice into the highlighted columns:
2. Go to the order lists and select one of the orders->In the custom, option section click on edit->Each person who appeared in the section may click "approved" after the internal conclusion
3. If all the members check approved you can move the order to the "Approved" stage. You can also check the history log (who has approved the order and made the changes)
Please be aware that this workflow does not prevent the order from entering the "Approved" stage without checking the User's checkboxes. The workflow serves just as internal information.
