Megaventory allows you to assign multiple administrators within the same account. This gives your team greater flexibility and ensures that administrative tasks can be handled without bottlenecks.
What’s New?
You can now grant administrator privileges to more than one user in your account.
Administrators can:
Manage user permissions
Edit user roles
Perform account-level configuration actions
This is especially useful for teams that require shared responsibility over account management.
How to Assign an Administrator
Follow these steps to assign admin rights to a user:
1. Log in as an Administrator
Make sure you are logged into your Megaventory account with an existing administrator account.
2. Go to User Management
Navigate to:
Settings → View Users & Permissions
3. Select a User
Locate the user you want to update and click on the username to edit their profile.
4. Enable Administrator Access
Check the option:
✔ “Is Administrator of the Account.”
5. Save Changes
Once saved, the selected user will now have full administrator privileges.
Why This Matters
Having multiple administrators allows your business to:
Avoid dependency on a single account owner
Delegate responsibilities across team members
Ensure continuity in case of absence or role changes
Improve security and access control management
